Use the service responsibly
Only submit information and materials you are authorized to use. Represent your work, business identity, service areas, and customer experience truthfully. Follow applicable laws and the policies of any connected service.
Protect people and their information
Do not upload private customer details, images, precise residential locations, or employee information without an appropriate basis and any required permission. Do not publish client names or exact addresses merely because they appear in internal job records.
Prohibited activity
Do not create fake reviews, impersonate customers, invent completed jobs, post misleading claims, upload unlawful or infringing content, harass others, distribute malware, probe security controls, or access data belonging to another account. Do not use the platform to spam or manipulate third-party services.
Review and enforcement
We may restrict access or remove material when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect people, comply with law, or enforce these rules. Contact support@jobecho.app to report a concern or ask about a restriction.
