Our commitment
We want JobEcho to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. Our design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing accessibility commitment, not a certification or a claim that an independent audit has established full ADA or WCAG compliance.
Measures in this website
The site includes semantic headings and navigation, labeled form fields, keyboard focus indicators, a skip link, meaningful image alternatives, mobile-responsive layouts, and a reduced-motion option based on your device preferences. The logo carousel can be paused. We aim to keep text and controls readable and usable with keyboard navigation and zoom.
Known limitations
The service is in development and some third-party sign-in interfaces are outside our direct control. Automated checks and layout checks cannot establish complete accessibility. We continue reviewing keyboard operation, screen-reader behavior, contrast, responsive content, and new features.
Get help or report a barrier
Email support@jobecho.app with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the issue you experienced. If comfortable, include your browser or assistive technology and a preferred contact method. Do not send sensitive personal information. We will review reports and work with you on an accessible way to obtain the information or service.
Standards and review
Our reference is the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. Accessibility is considered as the site evolves. This statement was updated September 30, 2026.
