How JobEcho handles information in its pre-launch website and owner dashboard.

Scope and contact
This policy describes the current JobEcho pre-launch website and administration tools. JobEcho is a product in development; its operating entity will be identified before paid enrollment. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@jobecho.app.
Information you provide
The inquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. Form entries are not submitted to our server by that form; if you send the email, we receive the name, contact details, business information, service area, and message you include. We use that information to respond and discuss early access.
Sign-in and administration
Owner access uses Cloudflare authentication. Client accounts store an email address and a securely hashed password, with necessary cookies for sign-in. We store business profiles, crew attribution, job photos and notes, private job addresses and customer names, support conversations, account settings, and administrative activity. Account setup links expire and can be used once. We do not collect payment card details while billing is closed.
Technical information and storage
Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and uploaded images. Technical information is processed for security and rate limits. Necessary cookies maintain authentication; local browser storage remembers dismissal of the launch offer. Our public marketing pages do not include advertising trackers. The email signup popup stores the email address, consent time, and reserved offer code when you choose to join.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests, operate the website and accounts, administer early access, maintain security, investigate misuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Cloudflare Workers AI processes business names, service descriptions, service cities, and job notes to prepare content. Dedicated customer-name and street-address fields are excluded from the AI input; crews should also keep sensitive information out of their notes and photos. If a business authorizes Google, JobEcho uses the granted permissions to manage its selected Business Profile and read its chosen Analytics property. Google authorization tokens are encrypted in storage. Publishing makes the selected photo and post public; the dedicated private name and address fields are not included. Stripe and external mailbox delivery are not connected yet. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, business records, security, or applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your information, or stop nonessential follow-up, by emailing support@jobecho.app. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited information when required or permitted by law. Rights depend on your location.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted administrative routes. No service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations under their applicable safeguards.
Children, other websites, and updates
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children. Third-party websites and authentication services have their own privacy policies. We will update this policy as the service changes and provide additional notice when required.
