The terms for using the JobEcho pre-launch website.

About these terms
These terms cover the JobEcho pre-launch website, inquiries, and member preview. JobEcho is a product in development. Paid subscriptions, automated publishing, crew tracking, and other announced capabilities are not currently available unless separately confirmed in writing. The legal operating entity will be identified before paid enrollment opens. Contact support@jobecho.app with questions.
Using the website
Use the site for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with its security, misrepresent another person, attempt to access another account, scrape protected information, or introduce malicious code. You must be authorized to act for any business you represent.
Accounts and access
The preview uses platform-provided sign-in. Protect your account and contact support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Ordinary members see a coming-soon area. Administrative permissions are restricted to the verified owner. Creating an internal member record does not by itself activate a subscription or grant administrative access.
Your content and permissions
If you provide business information, logos, photos, or other material, you must have the rights and permissions needed for its use. Do not supply sensitive personal data unnecessarily. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to use it only as needed to provide the requested service, respond to you, and operate the account. Public use of customer names, photos, addresses, or likenesses requires appropriate permission.
Content and results
You are responsible for reviewing any future generated content for accuracy and appropriate permissions before publication. JobEcho does not guarantee search positions, traffic, leads, conversion rates, or sales. Google and other third-party services control their own eligibility, policies, and availability. Example businesses and project imagery on this site illustrate the planned experience; they are not testimonials or performance evidence.
Fees and future subscriptions
Pre-launch inquiries and the member preview do not create a paid subscription. No card details or payments are collected here. Prices, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and any applicable service-specific terms will be clearly presented before any future purchase. A separate purchase agreement will govern paid services.
Availability and limitations
We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue preview features. The preview is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the preview. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated date appears on this page. Material changes to any future paid service will be communicated as required by law and the applicable agreement. Questions or complaints: support@jobecho.app.
